Terms and risks
What STARKPad is
- Software that builds Starknet transactions for you to check and sign in your own wallet: token launches, swaps, bridges, burns and locks.
- STARKPad never holds your keys or your funds. Every transaction is signed by you and runs on Starknet and the third-party protocols it uses (Ekubo, AVNU, Layerswap, LI.FI, Relay, KyberSwap, Jupiter, Circle CCTP).
Fees
- STARKPad's fee is shown before you sign: 1% on swaps, bridges and a launch's opening buy, 1% of each launched token's supply, and a share of the trading fees of STARKPad launch pools.
- Network gas, pool fees, bridge fees and any creator tax are on top, also shown before you sign.
Risks
- Tokens launched here are made by anyone. Most memecoins lose most or all of their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Prices move between the quote and the fill. Thin pools mean high price impact. A transaction can revert and still cost gas.
- Bridges and swaps depend on outside protocols, which can be slow, paused or fail. Smart contracts can have bugs.
- Locked liquidity and locks cannot be undone, by you or by STARKPad. Burns are permanent.
- For launches on STARKPad's current fee locker, STARKPad may reassign a launch's creator rewards and tax receiver (for example after a community takeover, including to the token's holders); its liquidity always stays locked.
Listings and badges
- A token on the board is not an endorsement. "Official" marks STARKPad's own launches. "KYC verified" means STARKPad checked the creator's identity; it is not a promise about the token.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for what you sign, for the addresses you send to, and for following the laws where you live. Don't use STARKPad where it is not allowed.
- STARKPad is provided as is, with no warranty. It is not financial advice.
